It can also be used as gift tags, place cards and more!This design uses coordinating Pion Design papers and embellishments to create the perfect look for any birthday party or celebration.This project gets its name from it's unique 3D effect that makes it look like you've cut out numbers from construction paper. You can use this template for any age – just change up your colors!You'll need: * Mosaic numbers (available here) * Paper * Scissors * Glue / Marker / Glitter Glue / Paint1. Cut out all of the pieces you need from the template. 2. Glue them together in order: front (with number), back (without number), then middle (with number). 3. Make sure that when you glue down your middle piece, it lines up with the number on your front and back pieces so it looks like one continuous image! 4. Let dry for about 10 minutes before decorating.* You can use glitter, paint, markers or any other embellishments you want to make these unique.
